Father’s Day Oven or BBQ Recipe: Easiest Honey Garlic Salmon
INGREDIENTS
1lb salmon filet
1 tbsp. honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
Sea salt to taste
Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil or a silicone-baking mat. Place salmon, skin side down, on the lined baking sheet. Spread evenly with honey. Sprinkle evenly with garlic. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
Bake salmon 7-10 minutes (longer for thicker filet).
Now, turn on broiler. Place salmon under broiler 5-7 minutes or until salmon reaches desired doneness on the inside and golden on outside.
Divide into portions and serve
Grill: Use a cedar plank. Turn grill to medium heat. Cover and grill about 5-7 minutes, depending on thickness of your salmon.
