Game Changer Kitchen Gadget (PS- It’s one of Oprah’s favorite things, too!)

Those of you who know me know that I am obsessed with Oprah. If she told me to jump off a bridge, I would do it. Luckily, this didn’t require such extreme measures, but rather just a little counter space.

This is the BEST new gadget I have seen in years. The Tfal Actifry makes everything tastes like you fried it, but you didn’t! It is dishwasher safe and makes no mess whatsoever. You simply put the food you want to cook in the well, use a spoonful (they provide the special spoon) of oil or marinade (the pic above shows roasted cauliflower and carrots with a tablespoon of Soy VeyVery Teriyaki  marinade- 30 calories), follow the provided chart to set a cook time, and press start. It cooks super fast and can hold a lot of food. It can be used with everything- veggies, potatoes, pasta, meat/chicken-even frozen foods! (my son has been eating soggy chicken nuggets for 11 years, who knew?). And me- I haven’t roasted veggies in the oven since I bought it.

PS- I repeat, there is no clean up other than putting the nonstick cooking pan in the dishwasher. It’s a faux frying miracle!

The coolest, frozen way to snack healthy I’ve seen yet! These all natural, freeze & eat, bite-sized ices are all natural, super low cal and gluten free. It’s a bite-sized popsicle, without the mess and melt!

A Middle Eastern bread and my #1 bread substitute! A single piece is HUGE, only 100 calories, and so soft. Use it for wraps, apps, pizzas, and snacks. I buy 5 bags at a time and freeze!


 

The BEST tasting, sugar-free chocolate bar, ever! Unlike other sugar-free chocolate, ChocoRite contains no Maltitol (which, if we’re being blunt, causes gas and bloating), but uses GI-friendly stevia, instead.


 

The almost-perfect protein bar: No junk ingredients, no sugar added, low carb, and gluten free! They’re super chewy and, did I mention, over 2 ounces? That’s a pretty hefty weight in the protein food department.
