March is the most popular month for home organizing. And if you want to lose weight, a good place to start may be with your dishes. Studies show that the LESS color contrast between the plate and the food, the MORE people eat. It’s all based on optical illusion. Obviously you can’t have different dishes for everything you cook, so white plates are recommended for an all- around pick, followed by blue (just don’t eat white pasta off the white plate!). And be careful of red and gold plates, as these colors show up in lots of foods!
