Skinny Recipe & The Sirius XM Just Jenny Show!

Did Someone Say Jicama Fries? Yes, Please!
The entire tray of fries is only 90 calories! (there were more on the plate. I ate some before remembering to take the picture!).
Ingredients
1 package Trader Joes Jicama sticks (or from your local grocer)
Nonstick oil spray
Salt and paprika to taste
1 tablespoon ketchup (adds 20 calories).
So easy! Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put the jicama sticks on a baking sheet. Spray sticks with nonstick oil spray and season with salt and paprika. Bake for ½ hour (depending on thickness of sticks you may need less time). PS- your house will smell amazing!
